You do not have to be a prevention expert to teach Project ALERT. The training program is carefully designed to provide educators with a comprehensive understanding of the program and confidence in their ability to implement it in the classroom.
Project ALERT can be delivered by SAP advisors, science, health and PE teachers, core teachers, counselors, nurses, community liaisons and school resource officers.

“Project ALERT training was concise and full of good hints. It was an excellent overview and a great introduction to the program. I liked the fact that we could work at our pace.”
Christine McDonough, Teacher Sachem School District Long Island, NY
Project ALERT is an excellent value. It’s affordable price is made possible by generous grant support from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation.

An Ecode is an ID number that enables you to share training, free of charge, with colleagues, program partners or rotating staff by allowing them to create their own online account and gain direct access to online training.
Educators who train at no charge, by sharing materials and an Ecode, will also receive a certificate of training completion and newsletters.
Workshop Training is available, at no extra charge, with the purchase of 25 Project ALERT curriculum and training packages. A one-day, on-site training delivered by an experienced trainer can be scheduled for large districts or a group of smaller districts working together.
