  • Forgot your Ecode?

    1.  Log in to your Project ALERT account
    2. Under the Manage Your Account, select Edit Account
    3. Your Ecode is listed at the top under Login Information

  • Need help to create an online account?

    A User Account is required to gain access to the Shopping Cart, to take the Online Training course and to register or confirm attendance at a workshop.

    1. Go to Register
    2. Select the Go button under your training option
    3. Proceed through the account creation process

  • Need to share access with colleagues?

    Your colleagues can create their own Project ALERT user account and train online by sharing an Ecode via the following steps:

    1. Go to Account Creation
    2. Under the Ecode option, enter an Ecode
    3. Click on the Go button
    4. Proceed through the account creation process

  • Need to confirm attendance at a workshop?

    1. Go to Register
    2. Under the Workshop option, enter your Workshop ID
    3. Select the Go button
    4. Proceed through the account creation process

  • Need to change your password or address?

    1. Log in to your Project ALERT account
    2. Under Manage Your Account, select Edit Account
    3. Enter your new account info in the appropriate areas
    4. Click on the Submit button
